Review & shortlisting of candidates
Review and shortlisting of candidates by team leads and Talent Acquisition team
Step 2

Panel & Technical interview by senior members
Interview by Talent Acquisition Team in person or via Skype
Step 3

Review & finalization of hired candidates
Finalization of hired candidates by the Talent Acquisition team and Final Interview with COO
